Delivery Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any delivery time indicated is not binding on H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the indicative delivery time is specified in the order confirmation. H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS reserves the right to reasonably carry out partial deliveries. Any liability for delivery resulting from force majeure or other unpredictable events not attributable to H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS, including, without any limitation, strikes, locks, public administration provisions, subsequent blocks of export or import possibilities, in view of their duration and scope, free the Seller from the obligation to comply with any agreed delivery time. H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS is not obliged to accept returns of products, unless expressly agreed. Any costs incurred for this purpose shall be borne by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not pay in terms and in accordance with H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS, or in case the purchaser's activity is conducted not in accordance with the ordinary business course, H&S HOME SOLUTION SRLS has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend or cancel further deliveries and to declare any claim arising from the business relationship as immediately.
