With the support of the spectacular Ultra HD Blu-rayTM format, you will enjoy the beautiful experience of the 4K signal, i.e. a four-time resolution higher than the common high definition format (1080p Full HD).

UBR-X200 is also compatible with the latest Dolby Vision® format that is able to improve HDR video technology, with extraordinary colors, contrasts and brightness.
The Texas Instruments Burr-Brown Audio PCM1690 DACs are used to achieve sound quality without compromise.
Other important features are the SDR/HDR automatic mode, SACD/DSD compatibility, multichannel analog audio output and XLR balanced stereo connection.

UBR-X200 is built around an extremely rigid mechanical structure, which guarantees a high signal/noise ratio for both audio and video signals; the frame base of 1.6 mm thick is reinforced with a steel plate of 3 mm, able to minimize the mechanical vibrations of the transport unit. Thus, a structure of the silent, rigid and extremely stable frame is obtained.
UBR-X200 is powered by a low noise and low electromagnetic interference toroidal transformer. This is mainly due to symmetrical shape; the parasite magnetic flux that emerges from the nucleus is very low and almost confined within the volume of the toroid. The result is less audio distortion and no interaction with the audio signal path, thus ensuring a clean and accurate sound.

Very convenient is the function that allows you to view the information by holding the INFO button of the remote control. In addition to disc details in playback, you can control playback information such as MaxFALL (Maximum Frame Average Light Level) and MaxCLL (Maximum Content Light Level) available on some HDR content, as well as HDR and HDMI output information.

As a universal disc reader, UBR-X200 can play most optical discs: including the 4K Ultra HD format as well as Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD, CD, SACD and music files, video and audio like FLAC, AIFF, DFF, DSF, JPG, TIFF, MKV and M2TS.
The UBR-X200 can also play audio and video content from an external drive via USB or DLNA.
