Integrated Amplifier Rega Brio - new version

The Brio has a completely new chassis that encloses an improved circuit; the latter is now housed in a two-section aluminium frame, which increases the heat dissipation capacity and improves the already high reliability and solidity of the Brio. The new Brio now also includes a headphone output, specifically designed to avoid interfering with the main audio circuit, when not in use and, of course, a high quality phono stage supplied standard. Along the entire design process, the Brio has been meticulously improved on every aspect, starting from the quality of the components used, realizing a true reference product of its category.

A redesigned circuit.
Fundamental improvements were introduced in the circuit. The board has been improved in every detail to manage better specifications in all critical components. A second power supply was added to ensure greater insulation between the output stage and the line and phono amplification stage. This improves the insulation between low and high-level signals of the amplifier. High-specific MUSES operational amplifiers were used in the line and phono stage.

Headphone exit.
For greater convenience, the Brio has the ability to drive hi-fi headphones directly from the internal amplifier. The addition of a headphone output was possible only after finding a way to reduce its impact on the main signal path, so as not to affect the musical quality of the amplifier. Special attention has been placed on the switch that deactivates the speakers.
