The T2 W represents a courageous attempt to combine the analogue reproduction of vinyl with the practicality of digital, an attempt that Pro-Ject achieves with momentum.
The heart of the T2 W is a turntable with belt transmission, equipped with a 9 inch aluminum arm and Sumiko MM phonator, also equipped with electronic speed control; to bring it to another level is the presence of a wireless module, which allows you to stream your music content to the speakers and all other devices connected to the network. The “Pro-Ject Control” app simplifies installation and control; among the highlights are the FLAC lossless output at 48kHz/24bit and automatic streaming when lowering the stylus on the groove.
Reproducing records, making vinyl format a “modern” system, has never been

T2 W enters the category of turntablesSeries TBy Pro-Ject, taking the highest step. In the same category the model is already presentTIn its variants. Among the many improvements introduced in the T2 W, some deserve to be immediately mentioned: let’s start with the 9” straight aluminium arm with integrated shell, the 10mm thick glass plate, a new cartridge, and for the first time we open a collaboration with Sumiko, historic U.S. brand, mounting the MM Sumiko Rainer cartridge. The main innovation however is the wireless transmission that does not exploit Bluetooth, like the previousBT1 RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT RT, But the Wi-Fi protocol. The streaming technology allows simultaneous sending of signals with resolution up to 24 bit/48 kHz in lossless FLAC format to various UPnP/DLNA devices. There is no lack of the "lossy" transmission to ensure compatibility with a greater number of devices.
Streaming is managed by the new Pro-Ject Control App. A second mode of transmission is available for Apple and Bluesound wireless platforms.
