The Polk Audio Signature Elite ES60 represent the top range floor diffuser of the new Signature series, a really important product for building and performance level that can be indifferently used for a complete stereophonic listening, to play or to watch a movie enjoying a high-resolution cinema audio that fills the room.

This speaker is in fact certified by Hi-Res Audio, which is compatible for the reproduction of new audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, thus becoming the basis around which to build a multichannel home cinema system composed by other speakers in the series.

Many innovations accompany the new Signature range both in terms of construction, the drivers used, the technology used and the new crossover, all the result of the many years of experience collected by the American brand.

The new cabinet is now much more robust and rigid, built with Medite MDF and characterized by laser-optimized reinforcements, it becomes acoustically inert, reducing the internal stationary waves and resonances for less coloring and distortion of sound.

As a driver we find a 2.54 cm dome tweeter in Terylene that provides high crystal clears up to a frequency of 40 kHz, making it ideal for listening to high-resolution music from services like Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music HD and Qobuz, along with soundtracks from Ultra HD movies.

To achieve a complete low and impact range, the 'Power Port' technology has been used, a patented design by Polk Audio that allows easy transfer of air flow from the speaker's reflex port to the listening area, to eliminate turbulence and distortions for stronger, deep and musical bass and a more open and transparent media range, thanks to the use of three 16.51 polypropylene woofers.

To protect these drivers there is an anti-diffraction magnetic grid that minimizes sound interference and can be easily removed, while on the back there is a tank with double five-way gold plated clamps that ensure a leakless connection, giving the possibility to make a bi-wiring connection.
